Sheikh Hasina Early Life

Sheikh Hasina was born on 26 September 1944 in Tungipara, East Pakistan. His father was Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the father of the Bengali nation and the first President of Bangladesh. His mother was Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib. He said in many interviews that he grew up in fear because of his father’s political work.
