ICC Cricket T20 World Cup 2024 Schedule, Team list & Venue
ICC was going to hold the T20 World Cup of 2024 in USA in the month of October. Everyone was very excited as they would get a glimpse of their favorite players training. They would get to see the sport they love. However, the tournament had to be re-scheduled. It was going to be held from 1th June to 29th June. ICC had announced on 20th November that they’ve decided to postpone the tournament. That was going to be held in USA.
ICC T20 World Cup 2024
The Men’s T20 World Cup takes place in West Indies and the USA in June, with England defending champions for an event expanded to 20 teams. Every T20 World Cup match will be live on Tsports, concluding with the final in Barbados on Saturday June 29.
T20 World Cup groups
- Group A – India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, USA
- Group B – England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman
- Group C – New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Uganda, Papua New Guinea
- Group D – South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Netherlands, Nepal
The top two teams in each group will advance to the Super 8s stage, with the top two in each Super 8s pool then reaching the semi-finals.

ICC T20 WORLD CUP 2024 TEAMS
The 2022 T20 World Cup will see a total of 16 teams taking the center stage. This includes 11 permanent test playing nations and 6 associate countries.

The top 8 teams including the hosts will qualify to the Super 12s round. While the rest eight teams will be divided into two groups. And the top 2 of each group will join the Super 12s.
